		<description>All of these agreements on trade have benefits and dangers, however it would be wise of us to tidy up our own internal ship before we try to compete or improve our survival in the evolving world of trade. case in point is our emerging N.I.M.B.Y. contingent.
No industry, no development, yet silent on the daily polluting we do ourselves, I.E. backyard mechanics draining oil etc,and indescriminate consumer dumping.
Same silence from our Amb. on the environment.An honest hard evaluation of ourselves could go a long way in making us more vaible in all circumstances.</description>
