		<description>I don&#039;t think that the question should be &quot;land or people&quot; - the real question should be whether or not lawful and rightful property owners who had their land seize should be entitled to reclaim property that was taken from them without any compensation. My answer would be yes, it is the right and lawful thing to do.

I don&#039;t believe that anyone would want to kick people off property that they have been living on for nearly 50 years. But former owners have every right to to declare that this was their property and enter into some kind of negociations with current dwellers and enterprises engaged on said property or a minimum of first right to create new business on the land.
