Well, Christmas is upon us.
Ringplay would like to take the opportunity to wish all of our friends, audiences and fans a very merry Christmas and a blessed new year.
We’ve got lots planned for 2006. We’re still on the look-out for a home base, and we’re considering producing at least two plays in the new year — one new play and one revival. Keep an eye on us — one of the things we’re seriously thinking about is re-introducing Winston Saunders’ You Can Lead A Horse To Water to a new set of Bahamian audiences.
And the discussions started by the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas about a National Theatre have sown exciting seeds among a new generation of theatre fans, which is a good thing. Now’s the time to build on it.
