I am very interested in having a Caribbean Arts in th Diaspora (CARAID)contingent from Toronto attend the festival and for festival organizers to see the validity of Caribbean artists in such cities as Toronto, Montreal, New York, London, Birmingham, Amsterdam etc having a contribution to make at this important Caribbean arts festival. Please let me know how we can begin a discussion on our participation from Toronto.
